@ncshuriken I see the 2nd movie yesterday, i read the manga and i still reading gantz manga. The 2nd movie is very very different from the manga. Different story >.>. I like the movie but not too much =_=. And i think this is the last movie they gonna make in live action. if u read affer kuroro fight with dinosaur in the manga u can watch the 2nd movie is not big deal >_<.

I've decided not to watch the 2nd movie until I get through those parts in the manga. Anyway like I said, in terms of FX & CGI, the 1st movie was pretty damn good, but in terms of some of the acting, and the way they changed things too much, it WASN'T too good. All in all though, I enjoyed watching it, and I didn't find any parts boring. I just wish it was more faithful to the comic, but beggars cant be choosers LOL!

I just watched the 1st movie (the english dub LMAO). Its alright, but they changed the course of events WAY too much IMO. Even some characters aren't there (like the 2nd Yakuza of mission 1). Mission 2 was pretty whack (so many people missing, short as hell, plus you never saw what was "inside" the Tanaka aliens shells). 3rd mission was pretty good, except once again, it was pretty different from the comics version of the mission. Still, for a Jap "FX" movie, it was good

What about now, has there been a conclusion to what I would probably call the best manga ever written since the original Akira books and Blade of the Immortal? I stopped reading after the big ass budha showdown.
