  • Hey,

    This is really great!

My dal has just turned 1 year old do you think I could train him like this?

Also, will this help when he is pulling whilst on his lead? :)

  • @PaperHearted

Thanks! this type of heeling is only for obedience tests/competitions, not what you would have a dog do while out on a casual walk.

  • Sorry I meant the first song. The last song is FOL. :) Good jam.

  • Its Once In A While, its an Adore era song

  • @shatteringglass Do you think I can train my 2 years old dalmatian like this????

  • @1eLIF

you sure can! I started training my first Dal (whom I got when she was 6 years old & she didnt even know "sit" or "down" and by 8 years old she had 2 obedience titles with many placements including firsts & seconds. With an older, larger dog, you just need to keep the food in your hand up higher.

  • Great video! Really nice to watch how you progress over the months...and how much Shane is growing! I liked the signal you use to redirect Shane further back on the leg..really helpful!

  • Nice, unfortunatly not everyone can use free roam training on their dogs and require e-collars, prong, slips.
