actually, the most expensive figures out there are the Hot Toys Michael Jackson Billie jean History Tour (which is over 700 USD) and the Apexplorer Special Adam Le400 which is over 500 USD

Also a figure that's REALLY expensive out there is the Elder predator, Hot Toys also, which retails for around 600-700 USD
