Pork Out At A Tea Party, DC

Public Advocate was at Lafayette Park at Wednesday April 15th during the Washington D.C. Tea Party eating and successfully passing out 1,776 ounces of pork rinds, pepperoni sausages, pork and beans, slim jims, bacon bits, spam, and other pork products.

Public Advocate had a wheelbarrow full of pork products and bystanders were be encouraged to do their patriotic duty and eat in order to reduce the pork. We feel that we should eat pork instead of spending it, Public Advocates goal is to consume as much pork as we can today so that there is less pork for President Obama and Congress to spend. said Eugene Delgaudio, President of Public Advocate.

A winner was be announced and awarded a tub of lard for an essay contest conducted on the social networking site Facebook. The essay was on; Why Americans should eat pork and Congress shouldnt spend it. One writer said that patriots eat pork and save the country!
