I think its really easy to tell them apart they have different jaws, eyes and hair. Love this clip hilarious!

You can tell them apart with ease. They have VERY different faces. If that both shaved their heads, were completely nude, and making no facial expressions, I could tell which was which. And I DEFINITELY prefer Tegan over Sara. Hands down.
