why gasperini's 3-4-3 won't work againt attackings sides

this is why gasperinis 3-4-3 doesnt work with the current inter squad. i have beaten his 3-4-3 genoa on fifa with a 3-5-2 inter 8-2 . there was so much space they couldnt keep up and were totally torn up between defending and at least trying to attack . my line up : mandanda , luiz , chiellini , vidic , toure , obi mikel , jesus navas , david silva , sneijder , etoo , tevez . subs : de gea,rafinha,clichy,santon,fabio,garay,giovinco,modric,banega,sahin,marin,moutinh­o,elia, ben atra,balotelli,aguero. he has to either switch to a 4-3-3 with wingers , or a 4-2-3-1 , 4-3-1-2 .

we in egypt play by this plant 3-5-2 or 3-4-3 some teams tray change to 4-4-2 but it faild i think inter face of the problem but with 3-4-3
