Always loved the 1st MK as it had the whole "Enter the Dragon" feel with Ninjas, a Bruce Lee clone, and great backgrounds. MK II is a bit better, but this one felt so retro even when it was new.

The blood cood couldn't be easier to remember, it's pretty short and also is the title of a Genesis album.

The Game Gear version of MK1 isn't bad. But Kano is missing.

Scorpion came back in the 2nd MK movie because he is a hellspawn that cant be killed since he just goes straight back to hell neway.

Dose anyone know where I can get MK1 for the Sega Genesis that actually works? Every time a game store has a copy I buy it but it never works! People tell me to just get the special edition of Deception or download it, but it's not the same.
I've gotten lucky with MK2 & MKU3 as they work perfectly but never the first one.
