@nar167 peoples have depressions, angsty and they does suicides because of mental bullying, its most common reason usually. With tougher rules it teached also bullies and they stop their wrong way and same thing with sportmen/ladies, if they dont stop so then they needs to thrown out again, again and again from the system. I am honest guy and i dare to say, they tryed to serve a Doping for me when i was good Sprinter. I said no thank you.

@nar167 3 warning for worker in the working place who bullies, for student who bully, for guy in the internet and they should to thrown out from the system. School bully to the "boy-home or special class" and if he dont stop his unfair style he have to thrown out from school and city. Also in the sport a people who does wrong he needs to get a ban for some time. Bully worker out from working place after 3 warning. Peoples are more happy when there is better athmosphere everywhere...
