Do more on-location videos. The thumbnails are more interesting and cause more people to click and watch.

Also a foil wouldn't hurt... maybe some other lesser historical figure to play off. Preferably with tits. Okay, he doesn't have to have tits. That's your judgement call. Weren't all the women in your plays played by men anyway?

P.S. on a more serious note, I'm no expert at riding the YouTube hits mechanical bull myself, but what little improvements I've had lately seem to come with general persistence, incremental improvements in the videos, and generally going about things "as if" people are watching. And don't disrespect your 40 early-catchers-on by calling them "nobody"!

Hey C. Just got back from OutréIsland. How'd the Comix benefit in July go? Is there a tactful (or hell, shamelessly tactless) way to plug your YouTube gig at your other gigs? Bizniz cards? Cheap flyers written in green crayon? Non-subliminally blurting out 'Hey folks, I also appear regularly on YouTube' somewhere in the middle of your routine? Couldn't hurt...well maybe. But wots a little pain when it comes to one's art? The suffering's baked right into the crust. Savour it.
