didn't work for me. Had jailbroken 4.1 then updated to 4.2.1. then error. then used this and nothing.

@ayocyrus Another thing you could do: If iTunes shows your ipod under restore, you can hold the both buttons 10 seconds, then leave the buttons, then your ipod shuld diplay "connect to itunes!" , and then retry it

I love you. I was messing with LimeRa1n for no apparent reason, (My itouch 4g was already jailbroken) and clicked make it ra1n, forgetting I had my ipod charging (therefore, plugged in). Due to shock, I unplugged my iPod, and it was caught in recovery mode. This had happened before, but I was able to fix it by holding home and power for 10 seconds. This didn't work this time. I was really close to restoring it to iOS 4.3.1, but then I realized I'd be unable to rejailbreak yet. Thank you so much.
