you're kind of right there, I dont agree with Zan that it's 100% internal, body shape does play a part, but its just less than we like to think.

check out Rion William's stuff. He's got the same concept about being a natural, but it's explained in a more complex logical sense. (which isn't really necessary to understand) google natural grounding and give it an honest try for a week. It will internalize a natural confidence and girls will give you more flirting and attraction. No joke. I've been doing it for months and i've had some crazy unexplainable encounters with girls.
