Chevron's Worst Excuses

Now that Chevron has been found guilty once again for intentionally dumping a massive amount of toxic oil waste in the Ecuadorian Amazon, the company has become particularly desperate to explain why it refuses to take responsibility.

We've teamed up with our friends at Rainforest Action Network to compile some of the most ridiculous excuses Chevron has made over the years. 

As you can see, even Chevron's PR hacks have struggled to come up with valid excuses for why they refuse to do the right thing in Ecuador. Please share it to shine a light on Chevron's refusal to take responsibility for its environmental and human rights catastrophe in Ecuador.

Just as the defense attorneys for Pacific Gas and Electric were invited to drink water from wells contaminated by their client, so should Sylvia Garrigo, James Craig, Sara McMillan, and Robert Perez be invited to move their families to sites contaminated by Chevron.
