This is an old video of mine - oldest,in fact of my new account....could'nt belive my eyes, when i found this....It is a cute,but sad song, about CCS - Its called I Run Away , by Britney Spears..

Well it never offically answers that question, but in the anime he says he loves her, and then she never answered, they made a movie when he came back and she said she loved him back (Then it ended there.) In the manga he left and they both said they loved eachother, and then he came back when she was in Jr.High saying that we was back to stay in Japan with her.
So It's pretty much assumed that they stay together (I THINK there was something mentioned in another Clamp manga about them together)
