Wow! thank you for this video! I don't have a 'tender tummy' but I do have birds that regular baking powder is unhealthy for them, so to have an alternative like this is fantastic!! You are very professional and I almost felt like I was watching a show on the Food Network! Great job!!
You don't mention that baking SODA usually contains aluminum as well. Unless labeled otherwise.

Gluten free is also used by persons who have dermatiis herpetiformis (DH). Everything I cook is gluten free because of DH.
Even my horses eat gluten free! That way it is easier for me to stay gluten free, with no chance of cross contamination problems.
This video has helped me! The local stores were out of gluten free baking powder and I cook from scratch!
