@awesomedogtraining Apple did exactly what Microsoft do with windows, every month a new list of virus is downloaded. this is different from an anti-virus, anti-viruses took for behavioral patterns in programs.
Mac users need to stop thinking they are invincible, turn the firewall on and install an antivirus. I use a Mac btw.
The only report I've seen says less than 1%. But now it's been patched directly by Apple. So now 0 threats, while Windows is still a big security hole.
Some Hacker put it that way: Windows Computers are like barricaded houses in a bad neighborhood and Mac Computers are like unlocked farmhouses in the country. So Windows' are more likely to get attacked, but they have good defenses and Macs are really unlikely to get attacked, but have almost no protection at all.
Also there were some Hackers at that legal hacking event for testing purposes, who hacked a Mac in 30 seconds through safari.
macs are for duckshits who dont know what anti-virus and spyware is, macs can get viruses, its jsut thier chances are less likely only beucase if it detects anyhitng that could DL a virus, it wont let you in, which is like 70% of the internet.

@HEN000y 30%? I think you're pulling numbers out of your ass, bud.
I think you're confused with only 30% of PC's not having viruses. That's a shame.

Whats that I hear... a single virus (MAC DEFENDER) infected 30% of all mac? oh thats a shame.

Macs do get viruses. just less than a pc. even then a good free antivirus and a comodo firewall should block most viruses.
