  • @fela001 I was just being sharp with you :)

  • @michael72986 yep you're right..they do provide some sort of rf screening but IMO doesn't really produce an appreciable difference..sorry for the "bling"..anyway each to his own bro :)

  • My God, such a nice bass...I can only dream of having one like that

  • nice, thanks....I just bought a killer Jazz, 1991 reissue of a 62 model and I am orienting myself, so thanks

  • what beautiful full, round yet so punchy and juicy tone... i'm in tears... so beautiful.

  • how do you setup your pots (front and rear pickup, etc..) to get that tone? and what type of string do you use?

  • @fela001 Actually, it can change the sound of the pickup. Put a metal shield over a magnetic field and something's gonna change.

And don't use the world "bling" ever again.

  • @theleavebehind

that's a pickup cover.. it does nothing in particular...just bLiNg...some people like it...most people don't..

  • Whats the function for the metal band that sits over the strings? I've only noticed that in a few bass guitars I've seen and was just curious what it was and what it does?

  • 1:26 - 2:16 = Oh. My. Fuck.
