She was a bitch. It's not illegal to tape a safety demo, she seems as if she was just a bitter control freak. I always have passengers that video tape various parts of flight. As long as they are not video taping and photographing the cockpit area/door, there should be no problems.
She probably hasn't been laid in months. Don't feel bad.
