God be with you and your family.................

my favourite quote was when she was asked in an interview "Why do you think fans remain so loyal to Thin Lizzy after all this time?" and Philomena just goes "Because my Philip was the greatest rockstar in the world". End of.
Fair play Ms Lynott, you're doing a great job keeping Phil's memory alive.

Her biography of Phil is wonderful, and almost unbearably moving at times.

@AWGMJANS Cool you know it all
Philomena is a such a lovely woman, she does so much to keep Lizzy's, but of course Phil's legacy alive.
Watching this interview is something else, a great depth interview, this is a woman talking about her son, legend that is Lynott. The man we know and love as the musician, but to hear from a mothers angle is just sad, good (no offense I do not hope!) and strong. Great interview.

Wow. Enormously touching interview, what a impressive and courageous and sweet woman. Brings a lump to the throat even after so many years have past.
Ms. Lynott, I interviewed your son on a rainy afternoon in Boston, ages ago... just a leisurely hour in an empty hotel room, he and I and a bottle... he was very kind, very clever, a quick wit and very nice to a young kid just getting started... I've never forgotten his generosity.
He was a lovely man, your son, a good soul.
