www.onlinehairschool.com presents the graduated bob. The traditional graduated bob, gives us a similar head turning look as the classic, with the introduction of graduation for great shape, while leaving a little length to flick out for extra style, graduating sides and fringe layering top, then point cutting to create a more textured effect, this hairstyle is easy to manage looks great and has made a big impact in 2006.

  • SORRY THAT IS NOT A GRADUATED- BOB BUT A BOB-WITH-GRADUATION. The Graduated bob was cut by Sassoon on Mary Quant. And has tight graduation in the nape and then builds a solid design line at the chin or mid cheek. If I was a teacher grading your task, you would have gotten an F, failed because not understanding the task......

    Sorry...but True

  • this is a graduated cut, but its not a graduated bob

  • no wrong the reason why this is not a graduated bob is not because it is too choppy or whatever because you can add layers and a choppy affect to a bob but the fact that is starts off at the neckline correct then starts to come down to the chin then raises up to lip length again... and yes you can have bangs and layers in a bob... text books what text books this is 2010 ppl!!

  • bue fixe mto baril tuga...

  • its always funny to me how hairstylists are so hateful to others - if you dont think he did a good job, make your own video! if you got the stuff - show it, help other stylists out! many newcomers to our field have no idea what graduation is - all they're learning are razor cuts.

  • it's a shattered bob. and it is graduated - look at his 45's. the reason YOU think it's not a bob is because of the fringe and he flipped out the back instead of turning it under. it's shattered - which accounts for the extra texture.

  • I dont like his accent

  • lol he gets an f from me too that is NOT a graduated bob. that's just a dam haircut!

  • I dont care about the exact name, it looks good.

  • I don't know what the heck that is, but it surely is NOT a "graduated bob". A graduated bob doesn't have all those choppy layers and short sides and bangs! This Guy needs to go back to the textbooks!

  • I have to agree with "thetat2d1" -- that is surely NOT a "graduated bob". A graduated bob is shorter at the nape of the neck, then "gradually" comes down in the front, draping just below the chin-line (angle). This cut is too choppy to be a bob.
