Hey Danielle, I use the P90X pull-up bar. I upgraded it from the pull-up bar I had since it didn't allow me to do widegrip chinups. You look like you are the perfect height for your doorway and bar. I just did this exercise yesterday and then found your video. I have to hold my weight with my arms at a 90 degree angle. I don't let my body swing back past being completely vertical and I don't put my feet back down through the set. Thanks for the video and you have an incredible body.
