@cr500blur The founder of the weather channel, John Coleman, was a meteorologist (TV weatherman) who happened to team up with another entrepreneur to start the weather channel. They are far from sufficiently educated in the area of long-term CLIMATE change. 97% of climate scientists agree on the man-made cause of global warming. Also, MUCH of the things he's said about the topic has absolutely no science backing it up. Check his credentials before giving him credibility.

@adda241 - Actually you shouldn't give up. You should go see what scientists have to say on the other side of the fence. For example, the founder of the Weather Channel, and thousands of others. Doesn't that make you stop and think at all? In the 70's it was global cooling. The weather runs in cycles and man can't cause it or stop it.
