A great camera for every day use! I have it for 3 years now and no problems with it. Battery is still good,still goes underwater, great pics...for that price it is great

@Veevid4u I just bought this camera and discovered that Optio W30 can do time lapse video and interval shooting stills. I posted my time lapse experiment on my youtube channel (veevid4u) if any viewers are interested.

Can it do interval shooting (time lapse)? Another vid on Youtube says it does, but I don't see that feature mentioned in the Specs. I want an inexpensive camera that can do time lapse, is there one you would recomment? Thanks.

@TheBitchesHate Well, An Olympus camera can go up to 10 meters underwater, great for snorkling, etc. It is shockproof for 2 meters, crushproof for 100 kg, and freezeproof for -10 degrees Celcius. Now, I think it is a bit more expensive than this pentax, but look on the internet for example the "1030SW". I bought this one, 2 years ago, but today there are much more, and maybe better camera's in stock.
