Benders Landing Estates, an LGI Land development, is proud to announce the Live Well Give Well Project land sales event to be held at the Benders Landing Estates Sales Office in Spring, Texas on Saturday, February 2, 2013.

The Live Well Give Well Project is a give back program designed to facilitate the connection of business with community by teaming up with local businesses intent on raising financial support and awareness for local charity organizations and their mission in the community.

This event will result in a minimum donation of $1,000 to New Danville, with an additional donation opportunity of $1,000 for every sale made during the event at Benders Landing Estates.

The event will double as New Danville's "Market Day" where all the wonderful products New Danville offers will be available to the public. Everything from hand made teas to wood work and mosaics.
