@mtfowl Like you would have the money for either one. Keep driving your 79 Chevy 1/2 ton POS and don''t disrespect other people who appreciate good cars!

Really great car. Great performance, looks and build quality

@TinnInches hey. I picked one up fully loaded for 28.8 it retailed at 43k let me say this. There IS NO car like the 2010 taurus sho. maybe the '13 sho w/400hp... the amenities are extravagant luxury to the max AND the speed and handling to rape most anything u see on the road! oh and when it comes to mustangs? No stock stang can beat it save for the new 5.0!

I would LOVE to own a SHO. Truly would. But for 40k large, there's a lot in that class I would much prefer. You get a lot of car for that 40k, don't get me wrong. It's a sweet ride.

I love how people comment how they can get a older 'nicer' car for less. To me that just shows that those cars don't hold any value. I'd rather have a new SHO than a washed up viper that makes me look like I'm just trying to keep up with the jones's.
oh and FYI a base vette is 50k which is about 12k higher than the SHO and atleast you can talk the guy down some. I got the dealer to go to 35k GL doing that with a vette.

" i can get a vette for a couple more thousand"
lest we forget the Taurus can fit a few sets of golf clubs for your 3 riders
...and no matter what you've been told, the 'vette doesn't make your dick any bigger.
I would never own a vette, and I would never own a camaro. I stick to my MKS or my wifes 635. Pure comfort.

hey that looks just like my stang! lol good run.

By the way, you can also drive the SHO all winter long. We get snow here. Changed out the tires for some Conti ExtremeContacts and I've got a comfortable, quick and room 4 season vehicle. I also currently have a late model Corvette and have owned a CTS-v, M roadster & SS Camaro over the last 12 years. This is the only high perf car I have owned that doesn't require me to also own an extra winter-only vehicle. This is my everyday vehicle... rain, snow or shine.

40,000 for a taurus when i can get a vette for a couple more thousand, yeah right....

@mtfowl Yea the Vette might be couple thousand more then the $40,000 price tag for the sho but the vette you can only have one other person in the car with you the SHO you can have 3 other people and still have some good fun in this car that is the point of the SHO

what? the sho isn't $40,000.. is it? i could get a decent used viper for that
edw125238 1 year ago
@edw125238A base SHO is $38,595 (w/o taxes) WIth this you may get a older car but you can only take one other person with you its better to show 3 people at once then one and with a 3.6 eco boost engine it will not waste gas like the viper's v10. you also can live with the SHO as a daily driver unlike the viper.
