Oh yes, also the 2009 ATLC in the UAE pointed that Rafale's RCS is around 16 times lower than Eurofighter's one, and 20 times inferior to Mirage 2000/F-16 or F-18 ones.

There is no official source for the Rafale RCS, but unofficial sources all converge toward the same conclusion : In addition to it's active electronic stealth system SPECTRA, the Rafale has a very low RCS, estimated around 0.1-0.2 square-meters. We are very far from a skyscraper.

Not really. F-22 and F-35 have passive stealth (by their geometry and surface materials), Rafale have both passive (by it's surface materials and some details - Shark shaped air intakes and others) and active (electronic spectra system) stealth.

The Rafale has the radar reflection of a skyscraper, but it's an awesome looking fighter. Sac le bleu!
