let me tell you why the prosecution lost. it was the pure arrogance to sit there and laugh at everything the defense had to say. the fact that you adopted the philosophy of"I know i'm right, so I don't have to care". I think you lost the moment the judge had to intervene to make you stop laughing.
@EWilsonLife No, African Americans knew OJ was guilty,
They just cheered because, right or wrong, they felt that the justice system had gotten a taste of it's own medicine. I stopped short of any racial implications because that would provide a red herring to all of whom are culpable of this miscarrige of justice.
@knoose that is circumstantial evidence. the prosecution would need to convince the jury so they can win the case. the defense did enough to provide reasonable doubt and in order for the jury to rule guilty in favor of a crime they need to believe beyond a reasonable doubt that the accused is guilty. the prosecution failed to bring up a good case and built their whole case based on circumstantial evidence.
@702Mikelakers Why would they need to "convince" them? Internet searches for chloroform...not reporting until a month later? Maybe that is not proof she herself killed her, but its so logically obvious that she was involved.
@johnsmdm Not even white people wanted her to be free! Most of us wished that bitch was going to burn. A lot of African American people thought OJ was NOT guilty. I think pretty much everyone, black, white, whatever.. think that Casey Anthony is a dumb murderous bitch.

@702Mikelakers I agree. But at some point we need to implement logic back into laws. And now with double jeopardy...she is just totally free.

Casey will be universally hated now like OJ or a sex offender.

The internet searches and the fact of not reporting until a MONTH later?
At what point does "evidence" need to be so spelt out and clear?
