Brian Gula, a naturalist with PA DCNR, dissects a probable red squirrel skull from a large barn owl pellet during the Raptor Experience as other younger dissectors are also hard at work excavating their own owl pellets. The event was sponsored by the Presque Isle Audubon Society and featured a wonderful and educational presentation by Sue DeArment and the live education raptors from the Tamarack Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education Center as well as great information from the PA DCNR, represented by the enthusiastic and knowledgeable, Brian G.
