i can land this trick every so often but i usually land on the front of the board or hella toe touch any tips?

like he says in the video you have to let the board pop and then flick it. i know a couple people that turn like 45 degrees and flick, then turn back to catch. that would also help you learn fs heels. but try to flick your foot as late as possible and extend or itll "catch" your shoes and just flip like a fs shove.

Can someone help me, everytime I try this trick, all I do is a fs that goes behind me. I know I have to jump back. But how do I get that heel to flick it, cause whenever I do the fs shuv my heel wont flip the board and it either does a fs, or I try to flick it first and it only does a heelflip ._. Help!
