This is the only way I use the MAV, would be nice if I had team-mates who heeded the advice of the THING IN THE SKY WITH THERMAL VISION.

God damnit. I want to yell at your teammate for firing his gun like that.
The way recoil works in this game is that there are two recoil values for each gun: first round recoil, and the subsequent automatic follow-up rounds recoil. Typically first-round recoil is higher, whereas each shot following that first shot in a burst will have lower recoil per shot. This is what makes semi-auto hard to use for full-auto guns.
By bursting so quickly your squadmate is needlessly kicking up his gun.

I have more MAV assists than sniper kills and I play recon a lot.
I either do close range support or long range MAV.
Depends if attack or defend.

Question: How come your symbols and text is so clear/different? Is it your video-rendering preferences or something else?

@luedusk I use colorblind mode. It helps everything pop out more like spotted enemies, friendlies, etc.
