Active Community Design Lab: local networking

Geraldine Blake summarises whats needed locally to support local enterprise. At the SHINE unconference 2010 a group of social entrepreneurs played through the challenge of what it would take to create a local environment within which social enterprise could flourish, led by Cliff Prior chief executive of Unltd, and Geraldine Blake, chief executive of Community Links. In this Active Community Design Lab two groups looked at the issue - one bottom up from the neighbourhood, one top down in terms of national policy.
