And did you know that both Selina Kyle and this Penguin were based on Batman Returns and the studios forced Warner Animation back in 1991 to redesign the original intended designs of both Selina Kyle (aka Catwoman) and Penguin based on the movies? as if it was almost tied to the movies but more to the comics. yet it worked like a charm

In my opinion this paul williams is the best penguin, he carries sopshistication and what people tend to forget about the penguin is that compared to the rest of batmans gallery of villains, he actually the most sane and normal, which paul williams proves brilliantly

Paul Williams has a fantastic voice, but it's a bit too low-key for the Penguin. From his origin, he's been a rather bombastic character.

Don't you think he looks like Jay Sherman? this is my 4th fave cartoon of all time and watched it religously every afternoon and taped every episode especially the ones with the redesigns.
