  • I have been bullied at work several times at several companies. I am intelligent, a high performer and often accused of being a show off, kiss up, trying to steal someones job or a know it all. I realize now they are insecure people. Some of the bullying I endured last year did in fact include deliberate sabatoge of my work, name calling and berating, even campaiging to dislike me. Thank God I was abused as a child so I this was actually tolerable. Sad..very sad. But for someone else-horrible.

  • Workplace bullying is widespread. Take action against workplace bullying. Management will not solve this problem. They are the problem. Politicians and lawmakers have to take action. Canvas them. There are petitions available through the internet. Find live petitions against workplace bullying and sign them. If you cannot find a suitable live petition, submit your own.

  • only ones who can take action are you. i was bullied at work countless times. know what i did? i got a voice recorder and put it under my bosses desk.i intentionally made a little screw up (nothing at all major or oven minor, not work related) so my boss wailed on me like a pack of lions and i was just smiling back, after he finished he asked what the hell i was smiling about, i pulled up the voice recorder from under his desk and said "ill be seeing you soon" the look on his face was priceless

  • The "women are targeted 77% of the time" is feminazi bullshit

  • what a sad fact 93 percent of managers dont know how to handle the situation , i can relate to that. wankers

  • if you boss pushes or grabs you. get a spy wear hat camera. take notes, dates and time. then file charges with the local police department. then get a attorney. then they're in big trouble.

  • @Hawaiiansky11 I know - It is sad but I have to say if I had not grown up with humilation and abuse - I never would have been prepared for the bullies I have encountered at work. The bullies that even thier own bosses don't or won't address. I still cannot beleive that these toxic people are allowed to operate - just like my parents (who I have not spoken to in years BTW).

  • @eleanor7788 never thought I'd read someone saying, "Thank God I was abused as a child..."

if it ended up having a divine purpose in your life, more power to you.

  • I told my boss, but then he told the bully what I'd said, and there is a campaign against me. And now my boss called me in and said, "Didn't you have friction with so and so?" as if I'm the culprit and not the person who is daily hurting me.

  • It is happening. I am experiencing it. It's hateful and just really toxic!
