I thought I would just show you a simple way on how to make the ghost box clearer using a simple cardboard box and aluminum foil to block radio waves. I apologise for the look of it as it does look like my packed lunch lol, but I can assure you it does work on dampening a lot of radio signals. This method will make any feint EVP's a lot more audiable. Blocking the airwaves does have its benefits but it also has it drawbacks, but fine tuning things to find an optimal amount of noise is what I am trying to do at the moment.

  • I noticed you have the foil on the dull side; does it matter--dull or shiny?

  • @88MPJ hi, this foil was pretty much the same both sides but if given the choice I would put the shiny side outwards

  • Can I use an actual AM/FM radio and just have it surf through all the channels? Would that work? THANKS :D

  • @CherubHorse yep it would work if you can scan quick enough

  • what is the differences between a PX box, a Oviulis and a Ghost box? I have some great equipment, lacking the voice box and some hand held cameras. Any advice on the cameras? I don't have much experience in tech, but I have gone with my step-dad to haunted locations. ANY ADVICE AT ALL? Thanks for your time!

  • @1380Amber hi amber, im not too sure on the px and how it works as Ive never used one. The ovilus is built by digital dowsing and basicly uses a built in dictionary. It create words based upon energy changes around the device. How they do it, I dont know though lol. A ghost box is a simple modified radio which continuously sweeps the frequencies creating tiny segments of random noise. Its thought that this noise is then somehow manipulated to form words of communication

  • @Jayzc66 ebay has a p-sb7 ghost box better than this one but does the exact same thing for 50 to 60

  • @cacneaunit6 ebay the p-sb7 ghost box as used on the famous tv show in america ghost adventures. this box runs on ebay about 50 to 60 dollars

  • @1380Amber a px box has like a dictionary where they say a ghost can choose words to say and a ghost box is real time and its the person who has past real voice being heard where as a px box is not the real voice.

  • @CherubHorse on this comment you can do it i myself have done it before if you have on that scans but keeps it on static while it scans

  • i take it you dont have to use a ghost box, and any digital voice rcorder or dictaphone is just as good?

  • Just want to say thanks, been using this method with some promising results.

  • @Highspirit75 Thank you! I have a small AM/FM handheld radio from about 2005... if you hold down the scan button, it just flips through all of the channels one at a time, but quickly. I'm going to try this!
