This was created by Microfiche Records to celebrate their release of The Brunettes "Mars Loves Venus" finally coming out on vinyl. The video features stills of independent records stores from around the US along with a handful of international stores; everything from Amoeba to Zia. (although I know I missed a ton of good ones so feel free to reply and give them their due)

Not sure what makes it shameless, Ryan. I spent 13 years as a field rep & marketing rep dealing with these stores and am good friends with the owners of a great deal of them. I thought it'd be a fun way to celebrate them while also spreading the word about the vinyl release of the MLV record. If that's shameless, guilty as charged.
