Coach fire in Sa Coma Majorca Aug 18th 2011.wmv

A coach fire broke out late morning on the 18th August 2011 in Sa Coma Majorca. it was a very hot day temperature was up into the nineties and this may have something to do with the fire. Fire crews from around the island quickly arrived to assist in putting the fire out. But as the end of the film shows there was nothing much left except bare metal. When a driver says get of the bus and theres a fire you dont want to hesitate. This fire engulfed the bus in a matter of minutes. Enjoy the film.

Thanks Orville , Don't know whether l captured you on video or not but it was one awesome fire. Many holiday makers never knew what was on fire when smoke could be seen from the beach. The damage the fire caused just shows the dangers of not getting of when you are told too. The fire took minutes to spread through the carriage and panic could have made this event a lot more serious.

I was there, we stayed at the SA COMA PLAYA, this was right outside, check out my video, the fire brigade arrived 25 minutes after the fire started, the bus was already gutted by the time they arrived.
