Crossfit challenge at Crossfit El Paso East.
Workout 1 - Grace - 30 Clean and Press, 135 lbs for time. 95 lbs women.
Workout 2 - Cindy - 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats - as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
These workouts are brutal even for the most physically fit.
