Yeah I was wondering this too... EVERY TIME Maxwell mentioned their contract it was always for 2010 never November of 2009! So WTF? Did he just have a relapse and just didn't want anyone to know? I don't believe this is true...He must come back!!!
Totally agree, man. Clearchannel Cleveland's decision to not renew and shelve The Maxwell Show marks a terrible decision that will ultimately cost them Arbitron dollars (at least on this station.)
While the Triv show remains unaffected (for now), CBS Radio would be wise to change the 92.3 format (once more) and add him to the Marquee Morning slot, even if it requires a change in name and logo (owned by Clearchannel Cleveland).
No ill will to other shows, but MWL is where it's at.
