he's always wearing the same thing - those blue adidas shorts and nothin' else!

I need your tricep workout

@paulgnc24 & @Silversurfer3o : You can also add a superset with your weaker arm right after you work your biceps. Say you're doing Ezbar curls, take a dumbell with you and as soon as you're done with the ez bar, do a superset with your weaker arm. Should even out quickly enough

whats so great about the T push up?
-
@caliswang Yes, that'd be awesome, I really want to get my abs visible before summer, and the little layer of fat is getting in the way :P Especially because I arch my back quite alot, even when standing straight, makes me look a little bit pregnant, annoying as hell.
-
@paulgnc24 i have the same problem. my right bicep is a little bit stronger and bigger than my left so when i do dumbell i tend to struggle with my left but breeze through with my right with the same weight.
-
@paulgnc24 start jacking off wit your left
Scott I've suggested this before, but you really should talk about the benefits of the particular exercise like what specific muscles it targets and so on.
If a person who's new to working out watches this, how would he/she know the difference between this t-pushup and a regular pushup?

have a question.. my right arm is about 1/2-3/4 in. bigger than my left. very noticeable and annoying. how can i remedy this?. some say using dumbell more might help but my right arm is also stronger than my left therefore it cant keep up. do you have any suggestions?

@paulgnc24 you need to just keep working both consitently.. its tough when they arent the same size... but they will eventually even out! I promise!
