Finnair MD11 landing in HEL,last commercial flight of OH-LGC

The very last arrival of OH-LGC in Helsinki in pax service. Arriving Helsinki's RWY22L on 17 October 2008 as AY006 from JFK. First Finnair MD11 supposed to be phased-out and going to Aeroflot after Cargo conversion. They changed plans and OH-LGC is still in the Finnair fleet as Full Freighter.

@CaptainEd100 ALL swept-wing (high-speed) passenger aircraft will need computerized yaw control, that unit is called "yaw damper" in industry parlance.

Flown Delta MD-11 Simulator. Friend, a Line Check Airman on the MD-11 indicated it handles like most "Douglas" Airliners do. Needs computerized yaw control or it Dutch Rolls back and forth, continuously. His thumbs up for his career in that category was the L-10/L-15 (L1011-193M or L-1011-500)
