I am not looking for pity, I am looking for justice. Breaking of the law does not constitute rape. When sentence is imposed, that is your punishment for the crime. Where in the land does the law state that you are supposed to be raped because you committed a crime. Can you honestly say, that you have never broken the law. It may have been minor, or you just didn't get caught, but should you have been raped after you did wrong. What if the shoe was on the other foot? Think before you speak.

Good luck. Consider doing a one woman picket in front of the court. Send out a press release using free press release services after the picket. Have a friend shoot video and pictures of the event, then upload them to the net. Also go the the United Nations in New York and make your presentation. Also, find other women who've been raped and do a class action law suit against your city, state, but not the fed, otherwise you won't have a legal friend. Also he may have a record do a search

It's not the first time we hear of such cases, both for men or women.

The main problem here seems to be the utter disinterest on behalf of authority representatives to tackle these situatons. I can only assume many of them are benefiting from making rape an unclear subject in prison.

The solution is not a complex one:

You don't fight fire with fire; therefore you do not fight crime with crime.
