Mano Solo, Emmanuel Cabut, is a French singer. He was born in Châlons-sur-Marne on 24 April 1963 to the artist Cabu ( caricaturist) and Isabelle Monin. Since age 17, Mano Solo played guitar in a punk rock group, Les Chihuahuas. He began singing his own compositions in the early nineties, and mixes ska, jazz, java, punk and chanson Française.

Some of his songs include "Allo Paris," "Aliez Viens" "Julie" "La Lune" and "Trop de Silence" His latest cd is entitled "In the Garden" and he is currently working on another release for later this year.*

Difficile de ne pas se demander comment aurait réagi Mano à toutes ces expulsions actuelles..Cette chanson est le plus beau temoignage que je connaisse à cette communauté, quelle soit rom, tzigane ou gitane. Un modele de tolérance, fin, pas caricatural, du grand mano comme d'hab. RIP
