@the141monkey Its not bad,not too cold in xmas not as the UK that's for sure.But its more of a summer place,because of its size and surrounded by the sea.You won't find any nice cars.But you'll have fun either way.

@besttyler but this video/ debate is about a 'race' not which is better in terms of comfort & luxury etc. this is my point, put equal amount of power in each motor and the race will have a totally different outcome. Don't get me wrong I've wanted to try a E39 M5 for a long time but I am a die hard scooby driver and have been for 6 years now. sorry but £ 4 £ the sti wins hands down.

No matter how much you spend on an STi it will never be better than an M5.It will be faster yes, but better no. It will never have the combination of luxury and performance the M5 has, the choice of comfort or stiffness the M5 has. You can do anything with the M5 while the STi is only good for the track.The sound of a F1 inspires 5.0l v10 or on the other hand the sound of a Japanese 2l 4cy.Loll

@besttyler would it be the same result if the sti driver spent a few grand more on mods out of the 40k price difference he would saved..?? I think not. put 100-150bhp more in the scooby and it will leave the beemer for dead.
