the back wall was certainly hand painted, this show was on italian tv during 1970, but the comedy was more previous.
At 2.22: the teacher asked him a question, of course he don't know the response, and said to teacher: "and you? do know it?" - "Sure!" said teacher, "..and then why you ask this to me?"
The question asked by teacher was"Is the earth that turn around the sun or the sun around the earth?" In italian "Sun" is "Sole" and the words sounds like Berlusconi
