If you can not find a Mustang or Thunderbird Junior for sale or afford one if you do? Here is a potential option for you. Someone in Pella Iowa is now producing a replacement frame that can be used on original bodies or the reproduction bodies that are available. Drivetrain area is in the trunk and can be either electric or gasoline at the choice of the builder. If you do not know about Powercar products you can learn more at http://www.jrcentral.com or if you are interested in building or restoring one a list of available parts can be found at http://www.jrcentral.com/resources.html

As you can see by my videos the frames, bodies and other parts are available but complete cars have not been available since the 60s. There are enough parts available to recreate one when you add the parts that can be locally sourced.

The available parts are listed on the resources page and a lot of the remainder of the cost depends on how much work you can do and how much you have to hire done and how fancy you want to make it. They were not cheap when they were new and they are still not cheap today
