Resident Evil 2 Failed Project "Prototype" Birkin

A video of my failed attempt at replacing the retail version of Stage 1 Birkin with a more prototype feel one. I replaced Birkins Chest and arms with new ones I modelled. It failed because the normal cutscenes for this model garbled my new body parts, leaving the room and reentering resolved it but as soon as you hit birkin, his AI is supposed to make his arm eye twitch, which just garbles up the upper arm. So not really worth downloading if I made it available.

On a side note, the character I was playing was an Adult version of Sherry I made. Available:

No. Resident Evil 2 on the PC. It allows easier editing.

@AndrewCoyte have you tried hiding his left arm eye inside his body somwhere than just removing it , it must work somehow right ?

@therealmrox2 Its not the eye that is messing it up. The eye doesn't exist. Its the fact that the game tries to do something with the new model part, intended specifically for the original Eye arm that completely butchers it.

The music is an old 1920's ~40's piece called "midnight, with the stars and you". It briefly appeared in the 1980's Shining. And no the mod is not released.
