@tyndago Yeah, it was just a horrible time to be selling these kind of supercars back in those days, especially for Jag since the company was going through economicly difficult times. About its performance, a lot of people were disappointed, not just because of the V12 to V6 conversion, but also the AWD system exchanged for the RWD used to shave off some of the sheer size of the car and its weight as well. Still, the car was able to perform just as well as expected, maybe even better =]

ehh well jag has nice list of recalls over the years, and engine problems. i wouldn't buy one.. they're nice to look at. i think they prolly have one of the best design teams ever.

Its a nice and unique car. Tough market right now, but there is always people for the cool and unique cars.

There were a few of them brought into the US under the Show or Display exemption.
The XJ220 had a V-6 twin turbo, a lot of people wanted them to have a V12 rather than the 6, and sales were pretty poor for the car.
The XJR15 had a V12 in it. Around the same era.
