When it comes to creating a secure password, below a few suggestions of how to create a secure password:

1. Use upper and lower case letters
2. Use numbers and special characters
3. Make sure to change it at least every 90 days
4. Don't use personal information as part of your password

Passwords, the constant struggle to meet somewhere in between usability and security. The more you differentiate your passwords between different sites potentially the more security, however less usability (hard to remember) so more likely you'll write them down, store them in a file, etc. I hope in the future we move beyond passwords to something more usable and secure at the same time.
