Guo Shifu explains and demonstrates the following concepts in fighting:
1. gun dong - rolling
2. shi kong gai nian - awareness of distance and timing
3. zhao xian - locating lines of weakness

  • The very last seconds of this video, you can see Guo Shifu constantly applying force on the center of his student, which causes him to be off balance... I was like "wth is going on?" lol
