Intro to the 80's cartoon Voltron.
Voltron is a giant mecha robot first featured in the 1980s animated television series Voltron: Defender of the Universe. The 1980s Voltron series was based on two vaguely-related Japanese anime series GoLion and Dairugger XV (both originally produced by Toei Animation & Bandai, who also produced the popular Super Sentai series in Japan). The anime was later dubbed into English and edited by the North American television production and distribution company World Events Productions.

Hey,I have been looking for an old anime movie from the 80's,which I cant remember the name of.It is a bout a boy who at the age of 18,is told he comes from another planet,and ends up pilot a robot consisted of three smaller robots again.Evil forces learns of his existance,since he is the son of a king or something,and starts attacking Earth.Anyone have a clue about the movie I am talking about?

i always wanted the full set as a kid and never got it so i just got one off ebay in near mint condition 'for my son' even though its way out of his reach on top of his bookshelf..i walk into his room and im a kid again lol i finaly got it woo hoo
