  • Not to mention that in Voyager's "Dark Frontier", the Hansons went to study the Borg based on rumors. Taking all this into account, "Regeneration" didn't really screw things up too much.

  • For those of you who complain that this episode revealed the Borg to humanity and screwed up TNG, remember this: in "The Best of Both Worlds", Shelby was described as an expert on the Borg. How could there be experts on the Borg based on a single encounter?? Plus, in "Star Trek Generations" the Enterprise-B rescued El-Aurian survivors from the assimilation of their homeworld. Unless they forgot to tell Starfleet what happened, the Federation was at least aware of a race of aggressive cyborgs.

  • I always enjoyed Borg episodes. When "Enterprise" first came out, I always thought it would be cool if the show followed up "First Contact" by the NX-01 (or someone) finding the Borg drone that floated away from the Enterprise-E into deep space. "Regeneration" wasn't far off from what I imagined. Yeah, it messes with the timeline a bit, but think about it... It's 200 years before the Enterprise-D's first encounter. A lot can happen to "classified data" in 200 years.

  • @thebuckrogers22 - I believe it was elements of the borg sphere that the Enterprise-E destroyed in "First Contact" that they found remains of. 2.) Just outsmarted their little ship I guess! 3.) You have to remember that "First Contact" brought on a slight change in Trek history. What you saw in TNG & Voyager (which actually is up for debate) was unaffected by the changes in the timeline that was brought on by First Contact. Enterprise is clearly from the revised timeline.

  • this ep makes no sense. and was make out of desperation. 1st off when did the enterprise saucer come off in first contact and was frozen in the ice? i dont remember it coming off. i know the deflector did but it was blown up. 2nd how is it that 24th cent. weapons can barely destroy a borg vessel but 21st cent weapons can. also their dr blood is the cure for not being assimilated? well why wasnt the data for that stored for years to come when the enterprise d fought them. or voyager?

  • @FableRoy Sorry; what does Q have to do with the events of "First Contact"?

  • nisam pogledao ovu epizodu ali na koji vražiji način je enterprise iz 22. stoljeća uspio pobijediti borga??

  • your spelling gets worse and worse the further the paragraph goes lol
